Enrolment # 292 at South Riana by father David Robson, farmer living at South Riana a mile from the school on 11 February 1923. He was places in P, then in 1924 I, 1925 I, 1926 III, 1927 IV, 1928 V and 1929 VII. He passed the Compulsory Standard in December 1928, leaving school on 5 April 1929 as he was over age.

Military Records

Service number T27234, enlisted at Penguin on 13 March 1941 giving his father David as next of kin. He served in Launceston and Brighton before being discharged  on 24 December 1942 for ‘Farm Work’. He was a Private in the 110th Res Motor Transport Coy.
